Bill: Hang in there today is my black day I received my 3rd denial- this one from the hearing judge I feel like I want to go to another country that helps citizens instead of this, I too suffer from extreme migraine headaches due to the visual impairment also, that was caused by a surgeons negligence which I am also in litigation on, I have not worked since 1/16/98 and I am in a a nightmare a day does go by besides the visual impairment I have to go to bed as my eyes will not tolerate movement, light, I can't see forward, upward, straight or down without double and items move etc., back and forth, but,,, great USA here thinks that I am not disabled, I will keep pushing I am now going to go to the other level which is a appeals council. I had two doctors that also stated severe anxiety caused by visual impairment, this evidently was not good enough, I had 6 doctors document the visual impairment but the government feels that there should be some light duty, tell me what when you can't move your head, or let anything move in front of your eyes, but please hang in there another thing that I learned is that you can start a new application while also going thru this 4th stage instead of waiting. So that is what I am going to do. email me if you like maybe we can come up with something as I know what you are going thru I have headaches everyday and its not fun, and takes away most of any life activity.
