They are being denied proper medical treatment for the injuries from work,that is if they are being provided any medical treatment at all. In my case,No medical examination,No medical treatment,and NOT one of my injuries from work have ever been stated on any kind of medical documenation at all. I was never informed nor have I ever received any of my Workers' Comp Rights and Benefits from 1989 to this very day.
