: Injured workers all across the country are being denied their rights and benefits. They are being denied proper medical treatment for the injuries from work, that is if they are being provided any medical treatment at all. In my case,No medical examination,No medical treatment, and NOT one of my injuries from work have ever been stated on any kind of medical documenation at all. I was never informed nor have I ever received any of my Workers' Comp Rights and Benefits from 1989 to this very day.
since my crushing construction accident on november 2nd 1992 my workman
s compensation has been paying my salery plus every medical bill i've ever received.
never ever had any problem but now my checks come monthly instead of every 2 weeks.Larry
