Hi,
Iam a c6-7 incomplete for 20 yrs. I too am looking for an alternative to cathing 4-6 times a day. I talked to many other quads. and their advice is the super-pubic cath. I am investigating this procedure and it seems like an out-patient surgery. Also, you have to change it every 2-4 weeks. Infections still occur (1-3) times a year, but I have them much more often. Cathing is a pain in the butt, especially when you can't find a sterile field. Vacations are limited as are many other things. Someone let me know their opinion.
Thanks,
Tom
