: Iam researching and preparing a down syndrome childs law suit settlement proceeds. Mom and Dad do not have the financial, educational or physical/health ability to handle the funds and have requested that we prepare this young mans disability needs and settlement. I am researching and reading all material that I can possibly receive. It is most advantageous to receive information and opinions from 'those' parents or families and/or friends that KNOW what it takes to financially take care of a DS child/adult and what is to be expected.
