my sons therapist got him a 'haberman feeder' (sp) its a special nipple for low tone babies and cleft lip/pallet babies who cant suck well. it really helped. he used it for about 3 months, then started to use the hosp. nipples that have the hole and x in the nipple. ask the therapist about it. they should have heard about it. hope this helps!
