I have a 34 year old daughter that was diagnosed last summer as post-menopausal. No treatment was suggested. On my own I have started to give her vitamin E ,400 mg daily. It seems to have made her more alert and improved her attentiveness. Is there more that I can do? I'm on HRT yet my gyn didn't suggest this for my daughter. Not much is written about adults with Downs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
