You want us to help you kill yourself? Try working out first if the number on the scale is what you're afraid of. Turn what you think is fat into muscle, it's sexier than skin & bones. If you really want to throw up know what you're getting into, if you sing don't plan on doing that for long. The stomach acids hanging out in your throat make it hard to sing, sometimes talking is painful. Then there's your sinus cavities, do you really want vomit up your nose from the inside? It destroys your teeth so no matter how good you think you look everyone will think you never heard of a toothbrush before even if you brush 3 times a day. Then there's the cramps, somedays it's hurts to get out of bed. Stomach muscles are sore from sending dinner backwards & the stomach itself hurts immensly from being empty, plus the lack of nutrients in your body can cause all sorts of diseases. Then there's the splash back, you can ruin all your clothes from the splash from the toilet & there is no secret to keeping that from happening either, it gets on your clothes, on the floor, on your face & in your hair. And, if that's not enough, there's the way everyone you love looks at you when they start putting it together. You can't even go to the bathroom without getting that look when you come back because everyone is wondering if you did it, why you did & how you can do something like that. It's just like someone starting at a bad accident or a dead animal on the road---same look. Please don't voluntarily go into this. It's not as simple as just eat & throw up, there is a lot happening to your body everytime you do this & none of it is good. Read up on dieting & exercise. You'll find that as you watch your food intake, plus exercise & let your muscle burn fat you will lose weight despite eating everyday. I lost 25 lbs in 7 mths from bulimia, and lost 25 lbs in 2 mths from watching what I eat & walking 2 miles everynight. If you still think you need to throw up, see a counselor, they can find out what is fueling that obsession & how to stop it. You really don't want to put yourself through the pain, not just physical, but emotional. It tears up everyone around you. Everyone that loves you will be hurt by it. Please try exercise & see a counselor.
