If you are an active volleyball player then how could you only have a bagel for lunch. You sound like you have an active life and getting exercise from sports. Don't ruin this trying to think of methods of starvation. I think that you should just remain as active as you are and if you are already slim even better. Why do you have to look like a bag of bones? That may not necessarily make you feel better about yourself. And if you play volleyball I am sure you have a great body. I can understand you saying that you want to stop all the snacking, but the starvation part has got to go. You probably have a better body than what you are giving yourself credit for.
