: : : : i want to be so0o0o0 skinny!!!!!!! ...but i don't have the will-power to not eat. how do you guys do it??? help me please!! i wouldn't mind if you e-mailed me!
: : : Have you asked yourself why it is that you have the need to be "soOoOoO skinny?" You may have other emotional issues that you have to deal with and you are preoccupied with thoughts of being thin. Before you change the outside you must take care of the inside. Starving yourself will make you feel worse than you have ever felt in your whole life. If you want to be thin you should consider changing your diet and maybe alittle exercise if you can.
: : I usually have a bagel for lunch and i am an active volleyball player. ...social stuff forces you to want to be skinny & i'm sure most girls know about that..need i say more?!? i am slim...but i want to be skinny..er . i just want to know how to get the willpower to stop eating those tantalizing cookies. =-/
: If you are an active volleyball player then how could you only have a bagel for lunch. You sound like you have an active life and getting exercise from sports. Don't ruin this trying to think of methods of starvation. I think that you should just remain as active as you are and if you are already slim even better. Why do you have to look like a bag of bones? That may not necessarily make you feel better about yourself. And if you play volleyball I am sure you have a great body. I can understand you saying that you want to stop all the snacking, but the starvation part has got to go. You probably have a better body than what you are giving yourself credit for.
thank you sooo much for the advice, sincerely! i think one factor may be that i WEIGH a lot, not necessarily look fat. know what i mean? it's embarassing when guys insist on you taking a piggy back ride and then they crouch over in pain. (no, that is not a regular thing with me, it was a school project)
