: Yes, you can drink to much water (although I am not certain on the specifics of how much is too much. But it can cause your body to flush electrolytes, vitamins and minerals out of your body leaving it possibly dangerously depleted and fatigued. Hope this helps clarify a bit

I'm a little worried because I drink anywhere from a gallon to two gallons of water per day and didn't think this could be harmful. I would never have thought this could be considered an eating disorder until I read the message. (Sorry, I don't remember who it was from.)
