hey everyone-

i'm sorry to say that what i have to say might make other people mad... but this is not the way to get help if you are serious about stopping it because you don't have any one who can really keep you accountable for your acctions... someone who can watch you and make sure that you are taking care of your self properly.... and on top of that we are all suffering from this deseas and we can listen to each other and be simpithitic BUT we can not help other people untill we help our selvs i'm sorry but that's just the way it goes i've tried so many differant things to stop..... even this.... but all's people tell you to do is to get help or to STOP.. and duh that's why we all use the message board isn't it??? we're not using this board and tell complete strangers about our secret lives that we can't even tell the people that are the most important to us so that we can keep letting this desease controll our lives... if anything this board should be a support group but none of us can give advise to other people untill we deal with our own personal problem... We all need professional help obviously..... well n-e-ways i hope none of you are mad i'll talk to you all later.
