i am sorry that i upset you and i just re-read my message and i understand how it could come across as being rude and negative but that was not my intent in the least bit i was simply saying that we all need proffesional help if you are serious about taking controll of our life again and yes WE CAN ALL BE OF SUPPORT to others and reach out to people who know and understand exactly what we are going through but we can't help each other with other peoples problems untill we resolv our own other wise i would be hipacrittacle once again i'm sorry for the way my mesage was protrayed and i'm sorry for comming acrossed as rude.
