Eating disorders do mess with your perspective. A distorted body image is one of the frequent symptoms of anorexia. There is no way you can not look thin, being a lot taller and weighing much less than i do (and I am on the thin side).
Hav eyou been diagnosed with anorexia, do you have other symproms of the illness too? Are you still getting your period? Are you obsessed with food and weight?
It sounds very much like you are anorexic just the way you describe your weight loss and and how you still don't feel thin. Alo, changing the goals, making the goal weight lower and lower, is very typical.
I had anorexia and I managed to get out of it. Now I know how it is NOT worth it.. first it may seem exciting but it soon gets out of hand. I remember how i did not only lose weight, but also happiness, freedom, energy... I became very depressed. i just wanted to wake up from that nightmare!!!
Have you thought about getting help?
