I don't know if I have a problem or not!? Usually i eat something small at breakfast (some yogurt, but sometimes nothing), some salad at lunch (but usually only a few bites, not all of it) and then a baked potato at dinner. I also eat slim fast bars at lunch sometimes. I am 5'2 and weigh about 106-110 (some scales weigh me differently). I'm a freshman in college. But tonight I went out to eat and ate a whole lot, I felt sick!! So i'm definitely working out a lot tomorrow and probably wont eat much. I just dont know what to do when i eat to much b/c im too scared to throw up and it makes me feel like crying. I just need to know this: If i binge every once in a while will it make me fat?? please respond
