Hey there
I can relate to you... please don't feel like you have to "punish" yourself by working out excessively and starving after you binged yesterday.... it is better not to perpetuate the cycle of binging and starving and think about eating a healthy amount... if you starve again now it could only lead to future binges (because you will be depriving yourself again).
What do you mean by "once in a while"? I know that I have binged "once in a while" and I did not get fat. Liie, when I was house sitting somewhere and the woman told me I could eat whatever I wanted, and me being used to living in a room where there was not a lot of food around found myself downing cerals etc... I mean if once in a while gets out of control it could be a problem but if it says rare it will not make you obese. I think those once in a while binges are brought on by deprivation over a long time, what do you think?
Kathrin
