I think the best way to loose weight and feel better about yourself is exercise. Honestly, it might sound really hard to do right now, but if you find something you like (walking, running, dancing, swimming, etc.) then loosing weight will be fun! Don't use laxitives! They are SO incredibly bad for you and you know that from your cramps. Try to keep yourself busy and don't consintrate on food. Good luck!
