I would say your first step would be to talk to a counselor on eating disorders in your area. Go to your family doctor and express your concerns.
Using extreme measures such as laxatives can cause irreversible harm to your body. If you take them for a long period of time, your body will become dependent on them and you will not be able to have a bowel movement without it. Believe me, bowel obstructions are excrutiating.
Also, laxatives can cause your electrolytes which regulate cardiac function to become out of balance. The potassium and calcium are essential for regular cardiac funtion. If these electrolytes are out of balance, usually because of excess fluid loss by using laxatives, you could cause damage to the heart. A big price to pay for losing weight.
Talk to someone, in person, not online.
Good luck.
