I sent you a mail jess, but to reply to whether i have seen a doctor or not.. no.. because im afriad of what will happen if i do.... i dont know how to want to stop yet. am i improving? a little.... but its like i dont want to talk to a doctor because i dont want to give this up incase i need it again.... but im trying.
