You need to seek help for your problems. If your normal weight be happy with that. Is being skinny worth being unhealthy? If you want to lose weight, eat properly, and exercise. If your willing to work at it there are ways you can achieve your goal without going dangerously underweight and with still being healthy and eating properly. Try a good healthy diet {do research and see whats good for you, small meals throughout the day would be good if you don't like big meals} and you should also look into taking some classes in pilates {not 100% sure about the spelling} it'll give you long and lean muscles and isn't hard to do. You just need to either find the equimpent {shopping channel in Canada has it...the us probably does too} or you can find a gym that offers classes in it.
Good Luck....and please don't do anything that'll jeopredize your health just to look a certin way.
