There are medications that help a lot with the voices in the head, if that is what you hear.
Otherwise you just have to choose life or death...bottom line that is the choice. To live healthily or die.
Making that choice will help you avail yourself to the help that is out there for whoever wants to live.
It won't be easy, but just keep taking the steps forward...you can do it...if you choose life.

I think that you posted here shows that you want to live. We can encourage you here, but we can't help you stop acting out a death wish. You alone have to choose.
