Well, start by eating the right foods pick low fat and low carb foods to snack on. You should also drink a full glass of water before eating...it'll fill your belly a bit so you don't eat so much. And eat slow. People usualy over eat because they eat too fast and don't give there stomaches enough time to send the message to their brain that they are full.
