If you scoll down through the posts, you will come to my last one, named "A really weird problem". I controlled my eating all week, just to binge like mad on fridays... well, now i've become totally out of control, and i dont know how to handle it. Now, this is my normal day: get up, drink a low cal/low carb/low fat protein shake... work out for 3 hours...come home-think about food-think about food-think about food... EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT.... i eat 4000-5000 calories per day now... my perfect little 125 lbs 5'9" body has become a massive 140 lbs 5'9" body, and i have never felt so horrible about myself-- which is the REAL issue... i feel horrible about the way i look now, so i eat more, which makes me feel more horrible... i dont know how to stop eating though. thank god, i still work out, or i would be gargantuine... if anyone can tell me any tricks to control these emmense eating sessions, i would greatly appreciate it- my new e mail is mskathrynrenee@hotmail.com let me know, please.
