Okay.. I am 14 years old, 5'7 and weigh about 135 lbs. I know I am not fat or anything.. but I crave food so badly ALL THE TIME! I can seriously eat a whole pizza even if I am not hungry! I dont have to be hungry to eat a ton! I am active in sports and everything, but I dont want all this food to catch up with me!(It hasnt yet) I am trying to stop the problem before it starts! Can someone please give me some good advise on how to STOP eating when i am not hungry or something! OR is it possible that I have some kind of eating disorder?
