Gerri, No way on the medical leave of abscence. I was an administrator in six homes for the mentally retarded and I wouldn't dare fire someone because of a medical condition. It is against the Federal Law to do so. It is her job to make sure that she if fully satffed, even if this means going in herself. Many times I had to do that. What kind of Corp. do you work for? They should know the rules. I personally would get a lawyer.
