My advice to you is start searching the internet re: neurons and neurotransmitters. Somewhere in all the info it will explain which vitamin helps which neurotransmitter and will in turn explain to you what vitamins would be good for you to take depending on your personal case with what types of seizures, what part of the brain, etc. The entire B family of vitamins are good to take, in addition to med, as well as amino acids. Also, go to a vitamin store and talk with them. Good Luck.
