I know how you feel. I was seizure free for 14 years and now have found out that my medication has been discontinued because it is too expensive to make. I had 22 years of grand mal seizures and don't want to return. I now work and drive, but at the end of July I have to start a transition. I will be going vack to a medication that I was on earlier, but never with tegretol added. I hope it works. There is a doctor that has dealt with nothing but epilepsy in Peoria, Il. I am going to him on July 12th. I hope he can give me some insight as to what medication to take.
