I take 2400 mg of Neurontin per day, in addition to 240 mg of Dilantin (I weigh 125 pounds). The combination allows me to just have partialseizures. Neurontin isn't metabolized into other products like most epilepsy medications are. It was introduced into the market as an add-on drug (like it is for me). But my neurologist says some people are finding just taking Neurontin works for them. www.neurontin.com has information on it.
