I have taken Depakote for years now. The normal dosage is 250 mg. 3 x day but, many people take twice that much. I personally only take 250 mg. 2 x day. When I took it 3 x a day I took it at
7 ~ 3 ~ 10.
Watch for weight gain, and the suprise I got was my hair started falling out!! But, it has grown back thicker and with curl in it! I now have cute short curly hair. :-)
