: The love of my life also has epilepsy. I imagine depending on the severity of the case, each person is different. Personally, from my experiences, no sexual activity has never triggered any seizure activity. My partner is on dilatin and has absolutely no problem with sex drive.

: : I need help learning about sexual activity and seizures.
: : I'm in a relationship which is quickly becomming serious and my love has epilepsy. My questions are two fold. 1.) Can sexual activity trigger seizure activity? 2.) Can seizure medications cause either increases or decreases in sexual drives?
: : I am looking to get answers to these questions and perhaps find a chat buddy to help me learn more and more. thanks

I have been on 300 mg. of Dilantin since '94. Although there have been some side effects, I think, I have not noticed a diminishing of my sex drive.

However, whether it is due to a problem with the lower spine, or epilepsy, I do have a problem with decreased sensitivity in my penis. At times I can feel very little if any stimulation.
