disabled brother (52) with complex partial seizures based out of temporal lobe just discovered a 9mm intracanal acoustic neuroma. Been advised so far to have it removed surgically. Involves microscopic brain surgery and moving the brain around to get to neuroma. Anyone familiar with acoustic neuromas and surgical intervention of them. Can't believed surgery is the best course especially with his epilepsy.
