I'm 57 years old and as time goes along find that my short term memory is very bad. Am wondering if this is due to normal aging or does epilepsy play a part in this. I have been on Dilantin since I'm 18 years old, and control seizures by getting 8 hours sleep a night, allowing myself plenty of time to wake up and move around in the morning, (feels like my body in awake but not my brain), and not getting overtired. But I'm especially interested if others have problems with memory.
