I really could'nt say if the tregretol I am on causes back pain but I do know that my tregretol brings me down and causes sitting for long periods of time. That can cause a lot of pain. The scroliosis I think causes a lot of mine.: did anyone ever have unexplained back pain while on tegortal. I started having back pain and the only thing i can think of for a reason is the pills.
