I understand the therapeutic dose of Dilantin to be between 10 and 20. I need to keep my dose near 10 because of bad side effects. I realize I'm walking a fine line. Are there things besides alcohol, stimulants and lack of sleep I need to worry about? Anything that might give me added protection? Taurine?
