My brother has seizures on average of one a week. He is 46 and currently living with our aging mother. The family wants to help him locate a new residence. How likely is it that he could live independently? He is a smoker as well. The family is afraid for him to live independently in case he has a seizure while smoking or cooking. Experience and wisdom most greatly appreciated!
