that is 1 of his triggers....# 2, my wife is photosensitive, that is the term used for this &
EEG's aren't foolproof. She doesn't show on the
EEG as photoswnsitive, but video games, flashy TV,
computer screens, & florencent lights really trigger her sz's Hope this helps, Jeff B.
My teenage son has had two grand mal seizures, 18 months apart. Both of the seizures occurred while playing video games involving bright flashing lights. Two EEGs performed after sleep deprivation with strobe lights showed no abnormal activity. Has anyone else experienced this type of trigger? What treatment has been prescribed?
