: Just in case anyone who reads this is discouraged. You can lead a normal life; stay at it until your medications get regulated, and things will get better. I had my first seizure at 20, and after some time, I got medication that suited me. I have now been seizure free almost ten years. So that is 2 seizures in almost 15 years. There is hope!

how long did it take to get you regulated and stop having seizures? My best friend has had this for a year now and has them about once a week.Shes 38
