: I was looking at this site and noticing that there is not a lot of information about Neurontin.
: Have any of you been on it for any length of time?
: Any side effects?
: Any information would be greatly appreciated!
: Thank you.

I've been on Neurontin for simple partial seizures for almost three years. I love Neurontin
because I experience no side effects. Yes, its possible that it makes me tired, but I've
been on so many different drugs I don't think I remember anymore what it feels like not to be
tired. My doctor says he doesn't have very many people on it because its not strong enough.
It also does not prevent grand mal seizures.. I think its only good for simple and complex partial.
Sadly, I had to discover that fact for myself. You also don't have to have levels done every
month when you're on Neurontin. However, they won't know how much to put you on so
you just have to keep taking more until you stop having seizures, or they get less and
less. Which can take a while. I take seven pills a day. 2100 mg. People may take up to
10 pills a day. If you're taking it for simple partial seizures write me another note. I've
never met anyone else who has them.
