Hi all. I'm a 33 year old male and in the past 10 years, I have put on 60lbs. I'm 6 ft 1. I currently weigh 270lbs. I have gone on diets and done well on them. However it has slowly come back. I find that there are so many fad diets and phoney people that claim that their diet pills are the way to go. Their the ones that know nothing about or have not had any training in the product (Crap) that they are selling. So it makes it difficult to make a desision on what product is crap and what product is legitimet. I'm getting concerned with that extra 70lbs. I would like very much to loose it (Weight) and keep it off. I don't have a problem exercising. But i do think that I need that extra little push to stick with it. What or Who can I contact or see re: proper suppliments and training. Please respond. Regards Mike.
