I saw this ad on tv for this thing called an ad slider. I watched it for about 20 minutes and really got hooked. It is a thing where you are on your knees and you put your hands on the bars of the machine and than stretch your chest further to the ground. It says you only have to do it like 5 minutes a day, and it was pretty cheap too. I was just curious if anyone has ever used this and if it works. I would greatly appreciate any help at all. Thanks.
