I wish I knew your age. If you are under 25 yr, it is very likely that there is some growth and development going on, which means that as a male, you may still see increases in your muscle mass. I'll assume you want muscle weight and not fat weight. So 2 points: first, a high fat-high caloric diet will contribute more to an increase in fat weight than anything. If you want muscle, weightlifting with an appropriate amount of carbs, (55-60%), protein (15-20%) and fat (20-25%) is essential. CHO is for energy during your workouts, protein is for gaining muscle mass during recovery. There is no good studies that indicate supplementing your diet with protein will further increase muscle as long as the diet protein is adequate (however, creatine could help with your workouts, which could enhance muscle mass increases). Second point, and the most important, everyone is different, body size and shape-wise. You are tall and thin, which could be a great advantage in many ways, like your health for instance. Good luck and perhaps be grateful you are not trying to lose weight!
