That's what I love about science, rarely is something proven, rather we forge ahead with our research and try to solve the contradictions and mysteries. There are some bad studies and some scientifically-sound studies. Unfortunately, unless one is academically emersed in the stuff, one must rely on the media sound bites and hyperboles for his or her information. Who's to say what is good and what is bad? Intelligent people like yourself will do their own experiments and find what works best for them. My only wish is that as an exercise physiologist, I may be able to provide individuals the resources to help them dessiminate some of the information that's out there. Keep the debates going, that's what makes the world go 'round!
