You have a healthy body weight for your height by the way. But I understand your desire to lose more around the waist. It seems no matter how hard I train, I will always have a "spare tire", while the fat melts away everywhere else. I can thank mom and dad for that. The only thing I can tell you is in order to lose fat, you must expend more than you eat. Perhaps you can increase the intensity of your aerobic workouts or add another day of aerobic activities, both of which increase calorie expenditure. Or maybe add walking for 20-30 min a day into your routine. By the way, not losing weight does not necessarily mean you haven't lost fat, you may simply have alittle more muscle on you now.
