Hi again...one question...I need to lose about 15lbs...am just starting to get back into exercising...I'm walking 3 miles in am and another 2 at night to start...eventually I will add strength training in...I'm only at 3.8-3.9 miles per hour...will I start to lose weight by just the treadmill? It's so hard incorporating my time...I am watching what I eat too...Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks so much... Lisa
