I'm following the body for life program. and on one week on Monday i do upper body and tues: run, Wed: lower body, thurs: run , fri: upper body. the next week i do Lower body 2x and upper body 1x. Does this sound as good as the below program?
thanks for the advice.

: : Hey.. that's great you want to accomplish both goals... If I were you, I'd work my Chest and my Triceps on Monday, Jog on Tuesday, work your Back and your Biceps on Wednesday, jog on thursday, work your shoulders and your legs on friday, and jog on saturday. take sunday off.. and repeat it... you should be able to accomplish your goals that way... i hope that helps... if you want, you can e-mail me at TheSpindoctor@hotmail.com

: I always advise younger people to stay away from all the supplements. All of your friends are probably telling you that you need all the protein, aminos, etc. You will be able to gain muscle mass without them. Also, you need to incorporate that cardiorespiratory (jogging) fitness as part of your program. There is a myth out there that you can't build muscle mass and cardiorespiratory fitness at the same time. Follow a "split" system similar to the post above. Good Luck!

: : : I am an athletic 15 year old boy. I am looking to tone muscles through lifting.I am also looking to gain a little weight(not much). Will I be able to gain weight dirctly from lifting or will extra supplements have to be taken? I am also looking to improve my endurance through jogging. Can I jog and improve endurance and also lift and gain muscle weight? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
