I don't know your age, goals, etc. but that program sounds fairly effective as well as low risk of injury. You will see fairly significant strength gains by strength training each body part 3x/week, however more than that, gains are minimal and risk of injury increases exponentially. If your goal is to just maintain fitness levels without putting a ton of time in, I think the program is perfect. One positive, you won't suffer burnout and it'll be easier to stay on your program when your life doesn't revolve around training.
