: Hi again...one question...I need to lose about 15lbs...am just starting to get back into exercising...I'm walking 3 miles in am and another 2 at night to start...eventually I will add strength training in...I'm only at 3.8-3.9 miles per hour...will I start to lose weight by just the treadmill? It's so hard incorporating my time...I am watching what I eat too...Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks so much... Lisa
Good for you Lisa. I too have just started Weight Watchers to lose 30 pounds. I am looking for a treadmill. They tell me I would lose weight with the treadmill workout. The more exercise I do, the more I could eat. Now I don't mean pigging out...If you know what I mean. I get up 5:15am to get ready for work, so I don't think I could use the treadmill in the am. I get home from work at 6:45pm and have dinner and would make time to exercise at that time. I just hope exercising this late will enable me to sleep. Right now I am having problems staying asleep.
Good luck with your program!
