I have just recently lost lots of weight and although I feel great, I am now a bit flabby around my thighs and stomach - any ideas on how to get good results in toning them up? Which equipment in the gym will work best to tone legs/tum, and exercises I can do at home? I am female, BTW, not that I am sure that makes a difference:)
