Shouldn't be too hard. I had a friend who had the same problem, and I gave him some tips, and it actually worked (atleast for him).
To get cuts in your arms, do arm exercises with lighter weights, and do 15-25 reps. Make sure you do atleast 2 or 3 sets of 4 different arm exercises, and try not to rest for more than 1 minute bewteen each exercise. That should increase your endurance big-time, too.
Same goes for the other parts of your body. Do exercises with light weights and high reps.
And do aerobic exercises. If you hate running (like me), try other things like dancing.
Tae-Bo workouts seem pretty good for getting definition. And finally, watch your diet.
I hope it works for ya. I can't guarantee it'll surely work, but seeing how it worked for my friend at school, chances should be pretty good.
BTW, I'm 5'6" and 136 lbs.
