I'm looking into getting a bowflex, they are very expensive so I'm researching first.
Can anyone tell me if this is a good machine and worth the 1200 bucks i'll have to spend.....????
I want to change my body, lose 10 lbs or less and gain some muscular shape.
ANy comments from bowflex owners or users will be appreciated. :)
